Allow 7-14 business days to receive your order. If an order/orders are able to be brought to you personally, instead of being mailed through the U.S.P.S. or UPS Ground Service, you still must "pay" the shipping charges, due to the fact that we have to pay the supplier to have your products shipped to us.

REFUNDS AND/OR EXCHANGES:


1. Please check your order upon arrival to be sure all products ordered were shipped.

2. Any exchanges or returns must be done "immediately" upon receipt of order. Please call (239)433-DCOR (3267)or e-mail us at: artisticglassdecor@ comcast.net.

3. Any items returned or exchanged must be sent back to: Artistic Glass Decor & More, P.O. Box 2336, Ft. Myers, FL 33902 within 7 days upon receipt of your order and must be shipped in the new, unopened package, unused and the reason for the refund.

4. Any additional shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. No shipping costs previously charged will be refunded.

5. If an item is on "Back Order", it will need to be reordered. Back orders are not included automatically in your next order.

6. E-mails are checked regularly on a daily basis. If calling in your order, and we're not available, please leave a message at the end of the answering machine voice mail including your name, telephone number and order information and we will return your call as soon as possible. You may also e-mail us with your telephone number,(local numbers and area code only) if you would prefer us to call you instead. Out-of-state numbers will have to call us back at (239)433-DCOR (3267).


When ordering be sure to include: name of purchaser, item #, description, quantity and the total of your order, including shipping charges. You can then add the total to your check or money order or cedit card if ordering over the Internet. Your order/orders will be shipped as soon as your payment clears. We respect your privacy and any information provided will not be shared, sold or used in any way except for completing the sales transaction and to contact you regarding your order.

Since we are a home-based business, there will be times when we will need to be out-of-town for 1-2 weeks. If that is a possibility, please leave your name, telephone # and reason for the call or e-mail and we will return your call or respond to your e-mail as soon as we return. E-Mails are usually checked on a regular basis.
